We are within walking distance of Gloucester Bus Station, which is served by local and national services, and Gloucester Rail Station which has regular trains to and from London.
To get here by bus from central Gloucester, consider the number 2 (or 2a) bus.
We are not far from Gloucestershire Airport which offers flights from some UK cities.
Our nearest international airports are Bristol and Birmingham, but the London airports are all easily accessible via rail.
Unfortunately, our new home lacks a helipad as we have downsized. Gloucestershire Airport accepts private landings. In an emergency, there are plenty of parks near us that would be accessible to helicopters, parachutes, or other VTOL-capable air or space craft, including one just to the South West of the house. We currently have no capacity for transmitting ADF beacons, but visual landing signals may be provided by prior arrangement.
